About Us
Since our founding in 2018, we have issued thousands of leadership certifications to frontline, experienced, and senior managers working in all types of organizations.
Our certified leaders know how to build and lead resilient teams. Resilient teams are the backbone of a resilient organization.
Getting the work done can be hard in any organization. Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together.
Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. Building resilient teams makes problem-solving, improvement, innovation, and change possible.
RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program provides frontline, experienced, and senior managers with a means to validate all the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in all kinds of organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

We are relocating our corporate headquarters to Rapid City, South Dakota!
Rapid City, South Dakota, known as the Gateway to Mount Rushmore, is a vibrant city at the foot of the Black Hills. Also known as the City of Presidents, it features life-size bronze statues of every former U.S. President from George Washington to Barack Obama along its downtown streets. Statues of Presidents Biden and Trump have been commissioned.
With a rich blend of Native American heritage, frontier history, and modern attractions, Rapid City offers access to stunning natural landmarks like Badlands National Park and Custer State Park. The city is a hub for tourism, arts, and outdoor adventure, making it a key destination for travelers exploring the American West.
We expect to complete our move by the summer of 2025. Stay tuned for the announcement of our first-ever RBLP Conference in Rapid City.
