The new and aspiring, experienced, and senior managers who earn and maintain our leadership certifications are members of the RBLP Community of Certified Leaders!
A shared understanding of Resilience-Building Leadership defines our community of practice. Resilience-Building Leadership is about building and leading resilient teams that can get hard work done, and get better and better at what they do.
Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together. Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose.
Resilient teams learn from their experience to solve problems, improve, innovate, and change. Team learning is the foundation of organizational learning. Organizations that can learn and change are resilient.

Review the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework
Leadership is a skill set that requires continuous reflection and practice. Leaders can assess how well they are applying their knowledge and skills in their current roles by reviewing the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework often.
They can also identify areas for improvement and adjust to new challenges or organizational changes. Regular reflection reinforces long-term retention of knowledge, ensuring that leaders don’t just earn a certification but actively live out its standards.
