Course Expectations

Here’s what you can expect from your exam prep course:

Outside the classroom, you are expected to complete reading assignments and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.

Inside the classroom, an instructor-led group discussion of the factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge relevant to each leader task ensures that you are well-prepared for your certification exam.
