Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) is the credentialing body for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® series of leadership certifications. RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications that showcase real-world knowledge, skills, and experience.
Resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together. Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose. Resilient teams learn from their experience to solve problems, improve, innovate, and change.
Team learning is the foundation of organizational learning. Organizations that can learn and change are resilient. Organizations want to hire and promote resilient leaders who can build and lead resilient teams.
In 2018, we convened a panel of subject matter experts (SMEs) to conduct a comprehensive job-task analysis (JTA) that identified the leader tasks essential to building and leading resilient teams.
These tasks are collectively referred to as the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework. A panel of SMEs reviewed and validated the leader tasks in 2023, confirming the continued relevance of the framework in today’s workplaces.
The first RBLP Leadership Certifications were issued in 2019. Since then, we have issued thousands of leadership certifications to first-line and aspiring supervisors (RBLP), managers (RBLP Coach), and senior managers (RBLP Trainer) working in all types of organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers.
The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.
Exam prep training for our certification exams is provided exclusively by RBLP Authorized Training Partners. Our partners are located across the U.S. and Canada.
