RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

Major cities within this metro area include Baton Rouge, the capital city of Louisiana, along with Zachary, Baker, and Central.
Baton Rouge, the largest city in the metro area, is not only the political capital but also a cultural and economic hub. Zachary and Baker, while smaller, contribute to the area’s overall suburban and rural character, and the city of Central is known for its growing residential communities.
Geographically, the Baton Rouge LA metro area is characterized by its location along the Mississippi River, which has shaped much of its history and development. The area features a mix of urban and suburban landscapes, with notable natural areas such as the Atchafalaya Basin, one of the largest river swamps in the United States.
Economically, the area has a diverse economy with strong ties to the petrochemical industry, healthcare, and education. The area hosts several major petrochemical plants due to its strategic location along the Mississippi River. The healthcare sector is robust, with facilities like Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Baton Rouge General Medical Center serving as major employers.
