RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

The Bronx, NY, officially known as Bronx County, is one of the five boroughs of New York City and the northernmost of the group. Covering about 42 square miles, it has a population of approximately 1.4 million people, making it the fourth most populated of the city’s boroughs. As part of the greater New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA metropolitan region, the Bronx is known for its significant cultural contributions and vibrant communities and boasts a unique character shaped by a rich history and diverse population.
Geographically, the Bronx features a varied landscape, including residential neighborhoods, large parks, and the only mainland connection among New York City’s boroughs. The Bronx River flows south through the borough, dividing it into a hillier western section and a flatter eastern section. Culturally, the Bronx is famous as the birthplace of hip-hop music, a legacy that influences the global music scene to this day. The borough’s cultural vitality is evident in its music, art, and cuisine, with numerous events and venues that celebrate its heritage. The Bronx Museum of the Arts showcases contemporary artworks from diverse cultural backgrounds, and the annual Bronx Week festival highlights the best of Bronx pride with parades, food festivals, and concerts.
Sports are a significant aspect of the Bronx’s identity, most notably represented by the New York Yankees, one of the most famous and successful teams in Major League Baseball. Yankee Stadium, located in the South Bronx, is a top attraction, drawing fans from around the world. The borough also has a strong connection to street sports like basketball, with many public courts available for recreational play.
Major attractions in the Bronx further include the Bronx Zoo, one of the largest and oldest zoos in the USA, and the New York Botanical Garden, which offers extensive plant collections and a serene escape from urban life. Additionally, Wave Hill, a public garden and cultural center overlooking the Hudson River, provides art exhibitions and gardening programs.
