RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

In contrast, Montgomery County, where Gaithersburg and Bethesda are located, showcases a more urban environment with densely populated residential areas and commercial hubs. The Potomac River forms the southern boundary of Montgomery County, providing beautiful riverfront views and recreational opportunities.
The economy of the Frederick-Gaithersburg metro area is dynamic and robust, driven by a mix of biotechnology, healthcare, retail, and government contracting. The region benefits significantly from its proximity to the nation’s capital, with many residents working in or with the federal government. The Strathmore in North Bethesda hosts world-class concerts and events, from classical music to contemporary performances. The BlackRock Center for the Arts in Germantown offers diverse cultural programs that include visual arts, theater, and concerts. While the area lacks major professional sports teams, local leagues and collegiate sports, particularly at Hood College in Frederick, enjoy strong community support.
