RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

Saraland and Daphne, with their growing economies and community-focused living, along with Fairhope, known for its artistic community and scenic waterfront, enhance the metro area’s diverse lifestyle options.
Geographically, the Mobile AL metro area is characterized by its coastal location, providing access to Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The region’s landscape includes a mix of urban development, suburban communities, and natural areas, offering a variety of recreational activities and scenic beauty.
Economically, the metro area has a diversified economy with strong sectors in aerospace, shipping, and manufacturing. Major employers include the Port of Mobile, one of the largest ports in the United States, Austal USA, a leading shipbuilder, and Airbus, which has a manufacturing facility in the city. The area also benefits from a growing healthcare sector and a vibrant small business community.
