Use Army COOL/CA Benefits

Army Army COOL/CA pays for prep training and certification exam costs (enlisted and officers).

RBLP Leadership Certifications recommends the following:

  • RBLP is for paygrades E4/E5
  • RBLP Coach is for paygrades E6/E7, W1/W2, 01/02
  • RBLP Trainer is for paygrades E8/E9, W3-W5, 03-05

College Credit

The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three semester hours of college credit for the RBLP Leadership Certifications.
