RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

The Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks counties PA metro area, part of the broader Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD metro region, is a significant and vibrant area in southeastern Pennsylvania. This area spans about 1,838 square miles with a combined population of approximately 2 million residents across its three counties. Each county boasts its own unique characteristics and amenities that contribute to the area’s overall appeal.
Geographically, the area stretches across the rolling hills and valleys of southeastern Pennsylvania. Montgomery County lies to the northwest of Philadelphia, characterized by its mixture of bustling suburbs and serene rural landscapes. Chester County, to the southwest, offers a more pastoral setting with its farmlands and historic sites. At the same time, Bucks County, to the northeast, is known for its scenic river towns along the Delaware River and its rich colonial history.
The economy of this metro area is diverse and robust, with sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, finance, and education driving growth. Montgomery County is home to large employers like Merck, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, and several health systems that include Abington and Einstein Healthcare Networks. Education is a cornerstone of the Montgomery-Chester-Bucks PA metro area, with numerous higher education institutions attracting students from across the nation and around the globe. Villanova University and West Chester University in Chester County are well-regarded for their diverse academic offerings. Montgomery County is home to Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College, which are part of the prestigious Tri-College Consortium. Bucks County offers several community college options, including Bucks County Community College, a vital educational resource for local residents.
Culturally, the area is rich in arts, theater, and historical sites. The Michener Art Museum in Bucks County and the People’s Light in Chester County are cultural gems, offering art exhibitions and theatrical productions that draw audiences from throughout the metro area. Historic sites such as Valley Forge National Historical Park in Montgomery County provide a glimpse into America’s revolutionary past and attract thousands of visitors annually.
Sports are celebrated across the area, particularly on community and collegiate sports. While the area does not host any major professional sports teams, the local universities and high schools boast competitive sports programs. Additionally, recreational activities like golf, hiking, and cycling are popular among residents, supported by the area’s numerous parks and trails.
Major attractions in the metro area include Longwood Gardens in Chester County, one of the premier botanical gardens in the United States, offering extensive gardens, woodlands, and a range of events throughout the year. In Montgomery County, the King of Prussia Mall provides extensive shopping opportunities as one of the largest shopping malls in the country. Bucks County is famous for its covered bridges and historic settlements like New Hope, a popular destination for both shopping and entertainment.
