Navy COOL pays for certification exam costs (enlisted only).

The Navy provides provides the following guidance for RBLP Leadership Certifications:

  • RBLP is for paygrades E5/E6
  • RBLP Coach is for paygrades E7/E8
  • RBLP Trainer is for paygrades E8/E9

College Credit

The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three semester hours of college credit for the RBLP Leadership Certifications.
