How is the course taught? Prior to class, you review applicable leader tasks and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience. Inside the virtual classroom, an instructor-led group discussion of the factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge relevant to each leader task ensures that you are well-prepared for your certification exam.
