RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

Queens, NY, officially known as Queens County, is one of the five boroughs of New York City. At approximately 109 square miles and with a population of about 2.3 million, it is the largest borough in terms of land area. As part of the greater New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA metropolitan region, it is one of the most expansive and ethnically diverse urban areas in the United States.
Geographically, Queens spans from the shores of the Long Island Sound in the north to the Atlantic Ocean in the south. The borough features a landscape that includes bustling urban neighborhoods, quiet residential areas, and two of New York City’s major airports, JFK International and LaGuardia. It also hosts several large parks, including Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, which is notable for being the site of two 20th-century World’s Fairs.
Economically, Queens boasts a dynamic and varied economy, with sectors such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and air transportation playing pivotal roles. The presence of JFK and LaGuardia airports fosters a significant portion of this economic activity, making the borough a major hub for both domestic and international air travel. Other major employers include the New York Hospital Queens and Bulova, whose headquarters are situated in the borough. The film and television industry also marks a significant economic presence, with Silvercup Studios and Kaufman Astoria Studios leading production in the region.
Education forms a crucial part of life in Queens, with numerous public and private institutions that cater to a diverse student body. Queens College, City University of New York (CUNY), and St. John’s University are among the top higher education institutions. Queens College is known for its contributions to the public sector and its robust arts programs. At the same time, St. John’s University offers a range of professional degrees and has a strong emphasis on pharmacy and liberal arts.
Culturally, Queens is a vibrant mosaic of global influences, with a myriad of ethnic communities that celebrate their heritage through food, art, and annual events such as the Flushing Meadows Lunar New Year Parade. The Queens Museum, located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, is famous for its “Panorama of the City of New York,” a detailed architectural model of the entire city. The Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria, dedicated to film, television, and digital media, further highlights Queens’ cultural contributions.
Sports are a significant aspect of Queens’ cultural identity. The borough is home to the New York Mets, who play at Citi Field in Flushing. Additionally, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, host of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships, is one of the premier sports venues in the world, attracting global audiences to Queens each year.
Major attractions in Queens include the aforementioned Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, which, in addition to its historical significance, features the Queens Botanical Garden, the New York Hall of Science, and the aforementioned Queens Museum. The Rockaway Beach in the Rockaways offers a public beachfront that is popular during the summer months, providing a natural retreat from the urban environment.
