RBLP is the only nationally recognized series of leadership certifications. Our tiered certification program allows frontline, experienced, and senior managers to validate all of the leadership knowledge, skills, and experience they have gained getting the work done in their organizations.
RBLP leadership certifications have significant college credit recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
Our certifications are listed on the U.S. Department of Labor CareerOneStop site as a workforce development resource for employees and employers. The U.S. Department of Defense credentialing programs and the GI Bill fund our certifications for military personnel and veterans.

Geographically, the area spans from the more urbanized cities like Waterbury, known for its brass industry legacy, to the quieter suburban locales such as Shelton, which boasts a mix of residential and corporate developments. The region’s landscape is characterized by a blend of New England charm with expansive green spaces and smaller rivers that historically powered the local industries.
The economy of the Waterbury-Shelton metro area is multifaceted, with healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries driving much of the growth. Major regional employers include the headquarters of several large corporations such as Sikorsky Aircraft in Shelton, which employs thousands in the aerospace sector.
