Description
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional is our core leadership certification for frontline managers. Aspiring managers with supervisory experience are also eligible. Applicants for RBLP certification must complete an instructor-led exam prep course (3 modules). The RBLP certification exam assesses the knowledge, skills, and experience required to create a positive climate, develop cohesion, and provide purpose.
People who earn the RBLP certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the lower-division baccalaureate level in Team Leadership for the RBLP certification exam. See the ACE Credit College and University Network.
People who earn and maintain the RBLP certification may add the RBLP designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP certified.
