We administer oral certification exams via Microsoft Teams video conference. You will receive a calendar invite to your exam via email within three (3) business days of scheduling. No special software downloads are required. Review our exam policies and watch the What to expect on your certification exam video prior to scheduling your exam.
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer is our leadership certification for senior managers. Applicants upgrading from RBLP Coach to RBLP Trainer certification must complete an instructor-led exam prep course (modules 6/7). The RBLP Trainer certification upgrade exam assesses the knowledge, skills, and experience required to support organizational learning.
RBLP Trainer upgrade exams integrate scores for the create a positive climate, develop cohesion, provide purpose, and facilitate team learning competency domains from the applicant’s previous RBLP certification exam.
People who earn the RBLP Trainer certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace. They can help build resilient organizations that are capable of learning and change.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Applied Leadership for the RBLP Trainer certification exam. See the ACE Credit College and University Network.
People who earn and maintain the RBLP Trainer certification may add the RBLP-T designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Trainer certified.
