We administer oral certification exams via Microsoft Teams video conference. Within three (3) business days of scheduling, you will receive an email calendar invite to your exam. No special software downloads are required. Before scheduling your exam, review our exam policies and watch the video on What to expect on your certification exam.
Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Coach is our leadership certification for experienced managers. Applicants upgrading from RBLP to RBLP Coach certification must complete an instructor-led exam prep course (modules 4/5). This RBLP Coach certification upgrade exam assesses the knowledge, skills, and experience required to facilitate team learning.
RBLP Coach upgrade exams integrate scores for the create a positive climate, develop cohesion, and provide purpose competency domains from the applicant’s previous RBLP certification exam.
People who earn the RBLP Coach certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Managerial Leadership for the RBLP Coach certification exam. See the ACE Credit College and University Network.
People who earn and maintain the RBLP Coach certification may add the RBLP-C designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Coach certified.
