Outside the classroom, you complete reading assignments and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.

Inside the classroom, an instructor-led group discussion of the factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural (how) knowledge relevant to each leader task ensures that you are well-prepared for your certification exam.

At Elite 9 Talent Solutions, we offer online certification prep training for the RBLP Leadership Certifications on the first Saturday of every month. All times below are Eastern.

  • Course modules 1-3: 9:00am-12:30pm
  • Lunch: 12:30-1:30pm
  • Course modules 4/5: 1:30-4:00 pm

Applicants for RBLP certification attend the morning session only. Applicants for RBLP Coach certification attend both the morning and afternoon sessions.

We also offer online certification prep training the third week of every month on Mon/Tue/Wed mornings.

  • Course modules 1-3: Mon 9:00am-12:30pm
  • Course modules 4/5: Tue 9:00-11:30am
  • Course modules 6/7: Wed 9:00-11:30am
