Certification Prep Training

Saturday Schedule

  • Training modules 1-3: 8:00-11:00am
  • Break: 11:00-11:30am
  • Training modules 4/5: 11:30-1:30pm
  • Break: 1:30-2:00pm
  • Training modules 6/7: 2:00-4:00pm

Weeknight Schedule

  • Training modules 1-3: Tue 6:00-9:00pm
  • Training modules 4/5: Wed 6:00-8:00pm
  • Training modules 6/7: Thu 6:00-8:00pm

Requirements

  • Modules 1-3 for RBLP certification prep
  • Modules 1-5 for RBLP Coach certification prep
  • Modules 1-7 for RBLP Trainer certification prep

Expectations

Prior to class, you review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.

Inside the virtual classroom, the instructor guides a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.

The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three semester hours of college credit for the RBLP Leadership Certifications.
