Next Steps After Getting Certified

After earning your RBLP leadership certification, it’s important to take a few steps that will maximize the value of your achievement and support your ongoing professional growth.

These steps include updating your LinkedIn profile, accepting your Credly digital badge, downloading your printable certificate, updating your resume, and creating a professional development plan.

Next Steps

Review the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework

Leadership is a skill set that requires continuous reflection and practice. Leaders can assess how well they are applying their knowledge and skills in their current roles by reviewing the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework often.

They can also identify areas for improvement and adjust to new challenges or organizational changes. Regular reflection reinforces long-term retention of knowledge, ensuring that leaders don’t just earn a certification but actively live out its standards.

Recertify every Three Years

Credential holders must recertify every three years to maintain certified status. If your certification expires, a grace period of 90 days is provided to recertify.

If you do not recertify during the grace period, you can no longer describe yourself as RBLP, RBLP Coach, or RBLP Trainer certified.
