Certification Prep Training

Schedule

  • Odd Months (Jan, Mar, May, etc.): Classes start the first Monday, held weekly on Monday evenings for one hour covering one module per week.
  • Even Months (Feb, Apr, Jun, etc.): Classes start the first Wednesday, held weekly on Wednesday evenings for one hour covering one module per week.

Requirements

  • Modules 1-3 for RBLP certification prep
  • Modules 1-5 for RBLP Coach certification prep
  • Modules 1-7 for RBLP Trainer certification prep

Expectations

Prior to class, you review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.

Inside the virtual classroom, the instructor guides a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.

College Credit

The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three semester hours of college credit for the RBLP Leadership Certifications.
