At Latten & Associates, we bring engagement and support to the RBLP exam prep process through the skillful delivery of modules in a cohort experience. Our highly-skilled facilitators bring depth of leadership expertise across multiple industries, including: financial, military, manufacturing, workforce development and non-profit.

Each module includes independent reading, reflections and a 2-hour instructor-led virtual session with group discussions. These courses fully meet the exam prep requirements for RBLP Professional, RBLP Coach or RBLP Trainer leadership certifications. Select the appropriate certification level based on your experience.

Registration Steps:

  • Complete the online application for certification (10-minutes).
  • Select the exam prep certification course below to submit your registration and pay. Please have your preferred cohort start date available to include in the registration form.
  • After registering, you will receive an email from RBLP Leadership Certifications with an exam voucher code to schedule your exam upon completing the exam prep course.
  • Latten & Associates will send an email with the next steps once your registration is submitted.
