RBLP Community of Certified Leaders

The aspiring, new, experienced, and senior managers who earn and maintain our leadership certifications are members of the RBLP Community of Certified Leaders!

We do not charge annual membership fees. Recertification every three years maintains your membership.

A shared understanding of Resilience-Building Leadership defines the RBLP Community of Certified Leaders. Resilience-Building Leadership is about building and leading resilient teams that can get the work done.

Getting the work done can be hard in any organization. We know that resilient teams thrive in challenging environments because they can overcome adversity, adapt, and grow together.

Leaders build resilient teams by creating a positive climate, developing cohesion, and providing purpose.

Building resilient teams makes problem-solving, improvement, innovation, and change possible. Resilient teams are the backbone of a resilient organization.

Organizations want to hire and promote resilient leaders who can build and lead resilient teams.

Next Steps After Getting Certified

After earning your RBLP leadership certification, it’s important to take a few steps that will maximize the value of your achievement and support your ongoing professional growth.

Next Steps

Review the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework

Leadership is a skill set that requires continuous reflection and practice. Leaders can assess how well they are applying their knowledge and skills in their current roles by reviewing the Resilience-Building Leadership Framework from time to time.

They can also identify areas for improvement and adjust to new challenges or organizational changes. Regular reflection reinforces long-term retention of knowledge, ensuring that leaders don’t just earn a certification but actively live out its standards.

Leadership Framework

Read a Book – Learn more. Lead better.

Reading is essential for professional development because it exposes leaders to new ideas, concepts, and perspectives. Reading can help leaders discover new ways of thinking, and it enhances mental flexibility.

We encourage all our certified leaders to read 2-3 books about teamwork, leadership, learning, change, and other topics relevant to the workplace every year.
