Hundreds of Airmen have earned one of the RBLP Leadership Certifications since 2020. Connect with them on LinkedIn by searching RBLP, click the People tab, click Current company and enter U.S. Air Force.
Request Air Force COOL funding for your certification prep training and certification exam at the same time. Air Force CA requires you to create a learning goal and provide two quotes, one for the prep course and one for the certification exam. Text RBLP Customer Support at 213-205-6100 for assistance.

Our Air Force-approved Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) are listed on the AFVEC website. On your CA funding request, enter a start date for both prep training and exam 30 days out. Request a quote for certification prep training from one of our Air Force approved training partners.
The Air Force pays our Training Partners directly for the certification prep training. The Air Force pays the certification exam fee directly to RBLP. You will receive an exam voucher code from RBLP after the Air Force funds your exam.
Prep training is conducted online via video conference.
You can train one-on-one or in a small group.
Instructors coordinate training dates and times to accommodate your busy schedule.
You can expect to complete your certification prep training within 2 weeks or less.

After receiving your funding notification, contact your RBLP Training Partner to schedule your certification prep training. Air Force CA typically funds prep training and certification exams approximately one week before the start date you selected. All of our Training Partners customize training schedules based on the students’ availability.
After you complete the prep training, schedule your certification exam using the voucher code sent by RBLP after the Air Force funds your exam. During scheduling, you are required to upload the training completion certificate provided by your instructor.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three semester hours of college credit for the RBLP Leadership Certifications.
Military units can pay for certification prep training and certification exams using Standard Form 182 (Request, Authorization, Agreement, and Certification for Training) and the Government Purchase Charge Card (GPCC). Text RBLP Customer Support at 213-205-6100 for assistance.
