EAVRecently completed and passed my RBLP-T exam. I got so many good things to say regarding the RBLP; but I will keep it short. First I want to sincerely thank my Instructor (James R. Meade). He really spent the time getting me ready, setting me up for success and working around my busy schedule to ensure I was properly prepared and trained. I really learned a great deal not just based on the reading, but in the way my Instructor related the material to my life experiences. I have been in the military going on 20 years (JUL 2022), and hold a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as BS in Multidisciplinary Studies. I thought I had a real grip on Leadership-Building Teams and making a positive impact in every Team I been part off. However I can honestly say that the RBLP Training has been by far the best hands on, realistic, and easy to relate training. From the Videos, to the readings attached to the instructor lead sessions, this Program is a must. In my opinion, Higher Education Institutions and Military Senior Leaders Training should be more like the RBLP.
